Training

We trainteams in AIin practice.

We do not teach theory about models. We sit down with your team at their computers and work through the tasks they do every Monday: correspondence, quotes, product copy, images and documents.

Who it is for

The programme
follows your industry.

The same set of tools looks one way in a beauty salon, another in a wholesaler, and different again in a design office. So we ask about your tasks first, and the programme is built on your own examples, not on a sample database from a vendor manual.

Beauty
salons

A new treatment gets written up three times: for the website, for social media and for the appointment reminder. We show you how to write it once and publish it in all three. Then the questions about contraindications, and the replies to reviews nobody wants to write after hours.

Clinics and
medical equipment

A product card and a patient leaflet describe the same device in different language, for a different reader. We teach you to write both from one specification. We also cover funding applications, supplier correspondence and the line past which patient data simply does not get typed in.

Retail and
online sales

The catalogue grows faster than anyone can describe by hand, and every description needs a second language. We show you how to write them in batches from the data already sitting in your spreadsheet, and how to check the result before it reaches the shop. Then customer enquiries and the offer comparisons someone still assembles by hand.

Manufacturing
and wholesale

A customer quote and a supplier enquiry are mostly the same data in a different arrangement. We teach you to build both from one source instead of retyping between files. Separately, we sit down with the spreadsheets, where the data arrived in whatever state it arrived in.

Offices and
professional services

A letter, a meeting note and a summary of a long document come back every week, and every time they start from a blank page. We show you how to start from a draft instead. We also cover what to check before a letter leaves the office under your name.

Another
industry

The list above is where we have the most ready examples, not a boundary. The programme is built around your tasks, after a conversation and a short survey, not from a ready-made script.

Levels

Three levels,
from zero to your own tools.

We offer three levels, and we shape each of them around your needs and skills. We start with a conversation and a survey, then tell you which level makes sense for your team. If they already know the basics, we will not go over them again.

A conversation and survey before the workshop, a programme and materials prepared around your tasks, travel to your site and certificates for participants are all included.

Level 1

Foundations

Three days, 5 to 6 hours each

PLN 26,000 net per person per day

For people with no technical background. After these days the team can give a tool an instruction that returns the same useful result every time, and knows what not to hand over to it.

  • A tour of the tools and what each one is good for
  • Writing instructions that give repeatable results
  • Working with your own documents and price lists
  • Correspondence and answering customer questions
  • Service descriptions, website and social media copy
  • Data safety and the usual failure modes
  • A shared prompt library for the team
Level 2

Everyday work

Two days, 6 hours each

PLN 30,000 net per person per day

For teams past the basics who want to stop doing the same things by hand. We move from one-off instructions to standing tools the whole office uses.

  • Custom assistants for repeatable tasks
  • Working with summaries, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Visual materials and preparing photographs
  • Automating mail, spreadsheets and forms
  • Connecting tools to company data
  • Checking results before they reach a client
Level 3

Rolling it out

Two days, 6 hours each, plus follow-up

PLN 35,000 net per person per day

For companies that want the rules written down and to stop depending on whoever happens to know the tool. You leave this level with a document, not just a skill.

  • Harder cases from the participants own work
  • Document flows and integration with what you already use
  • Company rules for using AI, written down
  • Protecting client data and sensitive data
  • Measuring what actually got shorter
  • A plan for the next quarter and a named contact on our side
How it runs

What a workshop
day looks like.

  1. To start

We agree what today is for, using the tasks from your questionnaire

  2. The explanation

How the tool works and what you can reasonably expect from it

  3. The workshop

An exercise on your own data, everyone at their own screen, not on a sample database

  4. To finish

A prompt library written down on the spot, yours to use tomorrow

Group

Up to 10 people, so everyone gets to do the exercise rather than watch it

Place

At your place or remote, whichever suits the team

Dates

Consecutive working days or spread across weeks, as your schedule allows

On your side

A room with a screen, internet access and participant laptops

Afterwards

Materials with the prompt library and email support for 14 days

Questions

Before you ask
about dates.

Do we need to be good with computers?

No. Level one is written for people with no technical background. Writing emails and using a browser is enough.

Tools change every month. Will this be out of date in six months?

Some of it will, and we say so plainly. That is why the workshop day is not built on clicking a particular button, but on writing prompts, checking the result and saving what worked into a shared library. That part survives the tool changing.

Do the tools cost extra?

Some of them have paid plans. Participants cover those individually for the duration of the workshop, usually between PLN 100 and 200 gross. We say so before the workshop so it is not a surprise.

Do we get certificates?

Yes. Every participant gets a certificate of completion, and the company gets the materials with the prompt library built during the workshop.

What if the team already knows the basics?

We start with a conversation and a short survey. If it turns out level one is unnecessary, we say so and suggest a higher one.

Can dates be moved?

One reschedule at no extra cost, reported at least 7 days before the workshop. The details go into the agreement before the date is reserved.
